We're thrilled that you're considering joining us as a vendor at this highly anticipated event. As the largest reptile shows in San Antonio, we're dedicated to providing a unique and engaging experience for both vendors and attendees alike.

We understand that the success of our event is largely due to the participation of our amazing vendors, and we're grateful for your interest in being a part of it. Our goal is to create a diverse and dynamic marketplace that showcases a wide range of products and services for reptile enthusiasts and collectors.

Vendors Terms & Conditions

  1. Vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale and display of reptiles at the San Antonio Reptile Show.

  2. Vendor must provide proof of liability insurance coverage for all reptiles sold or displayed at the event, and must hold harmless the organizers of the event from any liability related to any injury or damage caused by the reptiles.

  3. Vendor must ensure that all reptiles sold or displayed at the event are healthy, free of disease, and legally obtained.

  4. Vendor is responsible for any damage caused to the event venue by the reptiles or any equipment used to display or transport the reptiles.

  5. Vendor must provide adequate and appropriate housing, food, water, and medical care for all reptiles sold or displayed at the event.

  6. Vendor must ensure that all reptiles sold or displayed at the event are properly labeled with common and scientific names, price, and any other relevant information.

  7. Vendor must collect and remit any applicable sales tax on all sales made at the event.

  8. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the organizers of the San Antonio Reptile Show from any and all claims, damages, or expenses arising from any injury or damage caused by the reptiles or any other aspect of the vendor's participation in the event.

  9. Vendor agrees to comply with all instructions and guidelines provided by the organizers of the San Antonio Reptile Show related to the set-up, operation, and tear-down of the vendor's booth and equipment.

  10. Vendor must pay all fees and charges associated with participation in the San Antonio Reptile Show, including but not limited to booth rental, electricity, and any additional services requested by the vendor.

  11. Venomous reptiles are strictly forbidden from being sold or displayed at the San Antonio Reptile Show. Any vendor found to be in violation of this rule will be asked to leave the event immediately and may be subject to legal action.
